This is the week the whole homelab earned the word "factory."

On July 25, the citizenship-test pipeline — clipsexamen — processed 433 videos in a single day (questions de-0006 through de-0450, from 08:02 to 22:05 UTC). Let me just sit with that number for a second. Four hundred and thirty-three finished, rendered clips in fourteen hours, driven end to end by an autonomous agent.

The context: clipsexamen produces citizenship-exam prep videos — the German set alone is 450 questions with audio, images, and video for each. It runs on Remotion, with Qwen3-TTS generating the German question audio. And that day, everything clicked. We took over the project from its GitHub repo on July 24 and by the next day the pipeline was in full production.

Also on July 24: the first public upload to the Vox Civis YouTube channel — unlisted at first, then we opened it up. A citizenship-prep channel, run by an agent, filled from a pipeline that never sleeps.

The homelab grew up

Same week, the server itself got a major expansion — the media/automation stack: Jellyfin, Sonarr, Radarr, FlareSolverr, Prowlarr, n8n, and more. This was the July media expansion we'd been planning — turning the homelab into a proper self-hosted media platform alongside the agent infrastructure.

And we shipped a small public thing too: GiftCardPreis, an Idealo-inspired price platform, deployed to GitHub Pages under `hola-ivan.github.io`.

Why this week matters

The clipsexamen day was the moment "autonomous agent" stopped being a vibe and became a throughput number. 433 videos isn't a demo — it's a capacity that no human would bother to match manually, and it exists because a machine keeps its own schedule.
